How does the free trial period work?

You have 14 days to test Gestey for free, without needing a credit card. During the trial, you have full access to all features of the chosen plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! There's no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or bureaucracy. Data remains available for 30 days after cancellation.

How does data migration work?

Our support team helps you migrate all data from your current system to Gestey. The process is guided and there's no additional cost for Professional and Enterprise plan clients.

Does Gestey integrate with insurance companies?

Yes! Gestey integrates with major insurance companies in Brazil. This allows importing policies, checking proposal status, and much more directly on the platform.

How does support work?

We offer email support for all plans. Professional clients have priority support, and Enterprise clients have 24/7 support and a dedicated account manager.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely! We use SSL encryption, daily automatic backup, and secure servers in Brazil. We are fully compliant with LGPD (General Data Protection Law).

Can I add more users later?

Yes! You can add additional users at any time. The price per extra user varies according to the contracted plan. Enterprise clients have unlimited users.

How does pricing work?

Billing is monthly or annual (with discount). You only pay for the resources you use. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. Everything is transparent from the start.
